'Kaala' teaser loaded with punchlines, released, Rajini fans see political message from it

Chennai, Mar 2 (UNI) 'Kya re, Setting ah. Vengai mavan othaila nikken. Dhil iruntha mothama vangala' and Superstar Rajinikanth was back with a bang.

He was back his usual swag, style and the charisma in his upcoming film 'Kaala', teaser of which was released early on Friday.

Fans, who were eagerly waiting for 'Kaala' teaser, were in for a shock when it was leaked on the social media in the wee hours of today. However, in a swift move, the makers chose to release it officially, hours ahead of

their planned launch.

No sooner the teaser was out, fans started their celebrations.

For them, it had everything to cheer for. A swift looking Rajini, catchy background music, a couple of punch dialogues and action scenes too.

It oozes with mass elements and sure to satiate the appetite of his fans.

In the 1.40 minute teaser, Rajini makes his entry with high-octane energy much to the delight of his fans.

With the actor confirming his political entry on the new year eve, naturally the expectations were high on how his next venture on screen would be.

There were speculations that it would be loaded with political messages and the 'Kaala' teaser has not disappointed them.

'Kaala' tells the story of a man who runs away from Tirunelveli in Tamil Nadu, and goes on to become a powerful don in Dharavi, Mumbai.

The teaser opens with Hindi actor Nana Patekar asking: 'What sort of a name is Kaala?'

Rajini appears instantly, donned in black shirt and dhoti, as a saviour of the people, one who fights to protect his dear ones and there begins the massy dialogue(s).

Coming days after actor Kamal Haasan, while launching his political party 'Makkal Neethi Maiam', stating that he could not ally with Rajinikanth's party if its colour was saffron, the Superstar might have given his reply to him through the teaser.

Rajini says 'Black is the colour of the working class. Come to my place, dirt will be seen very coloUrful.' Interestingly Nana Patekar was playing the role of a politician uttering his love for 'Clean India'.

Wonder if it was aimed at the BJP, which again was seen as Rajini's reply to those who allege that he was remote controlled by the National party to enter politics.

When Rajini finally utters 'Indha Karikaalan oda muzhu rowdy thanatha neenga pakala la, paapinga, (You haven’t seen the Karikaalan, the complete rowdy yet. You will see it),' his fans see it as hints of his political plans loud and clear.

They say that Rajinikanth has hinted that he would be a leader for the masses and fight for them, come what may.
