'Dhoo Dhoo Dhee Dhee', a rare children's film: Allani Sridhar

Hyderabad, Nov 11 (UNI) Dhoo Dhoo Dhee Dhee (DDDD), was a rare children’s film, film maker Allani Sridhar said.
The film DDDD was screened in 20th International Children's Film Festival of India (ICFFI) at the Prasads IMAX here on Saturday.
At a time when children's films rare to come by, Allani Sridhar is making such a film.
Titled as ‘Dhoo Dhoo Dhee Dhee’, the same comes with the tag line ‘Haayiga Aadukundama’.
“Rarely are films catering to our children get screened. DDDD tells the story of how children in this day and age have been mentally and emotionally affected by a particular addiction’ Allani Sridhar told media.
Making a children film was more difficult than making Bahubali, the film maker said. He said he used his exposure to international cinema and children’s film festivals in making this film. The film has been shot in Warangal, Rangapur, Hyderabad and other areas he added.
Bhoopal of Komaram Bheem fame said it was the responsibility of state and central government to encourage the children based movies and the central government is doing so, he said. Telangana government is giving subsidy up to 30 lakh rupees he added. Master Abhinav, baby Kaveri and other crew of the film also present on the occasion.
