New Delhi, Sep 22 (UNI) Adding a new dimension to the ‘10 Hafte 10 Baje 10 Minute’ campaign, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal appealed to the people of Delhi to become 'Champions' in the fight against Dengue.
On the fourth Sunday of the drive against dengue, the chief minister inspected his home for clean water stored in his house at 1000 hrs and then called ten of his friends encouraging them to check their homes too.
On the appeal of the Chief Minister, a large number of people joined the campaign against Dengue and became Champions.
Sharing his video appeal on Twitter, the chief minister said, "We will all have to become champions in the fight against Dengue to defeat it."
Mr Kejriwal said,”the doctors had warned him that Dengue outbreak might might see a sudden surge this year."
"That is why this year, this massive public participation campaign has been started, " he asserted.
